Brian lives in Washington, DC with his wife, daughter, cat, goldfish, koi, and many red wiggler worms. Brian has been the Chair & CEO of the Aquaponics Association since January 2017. Brian also founded and operates Anacostia Aquaponics DC, LLC.

The main objective of Aquaponics Association is to organize, maintain and promote aquaponics technology globally. They encourage and promote the benefits of aquaponically grown food and promote the creation of aquaponic growers and systems of all sizes. Aquaponic technology is a viable choice for sustainable organic food production and is the best example of natural sustainability that can found in any classroom in the world.
