Cátia Miranda


Cátia Miranda has a degree in Nutrition and Food Engineering and in Nutrition Sciences; she has a Masters in Clinical Nutrition from Instituto Superior Egas Moniz. She is certified in Functional Nutrition (Nutriscience and  Institute of Advanced Functional Nutrition- Brazil, Dr. Gabriel de Carvalho), in Functional Nutrition and in Nutricoaching. In addition, she is speaker in several lectures and trainer in several trainings, workshops and congresses, and also holds the certificate of online instructor. In order to keep up to date and learn more, she attends several courses in different areas of clinical, integrative and functional nutrition, such as: autoimmune diseases, thyroid diseases, gastrointestinal disorders, fodmap, sustainability, pregnancy optimization, infertility, complementary feeding, genetics and epigenetics, among others.
